1. Program Description
Messages are sent by Plain & Simple Media to registered members who have explicitly opted in on our website. Messages are transactional and may include one-time passcodes (OTP) for account login verification, security alerts related to account access, and important membership notifications. Messages are sent only in response to user-initiated actions such as registration, login, or account recovery.

2. Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending SMS messages.

3. Help

4. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
